By accessing this website or engaging with any offering provided by AhnėYah Yahrin or Yahrin Integrity LLC — including Private Structural Engagements, ARACEAE, or Institutional Advisory services — You agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms exist to protect:

• the integrity of the work

• the legal boundaries of all proprietary frameworks

• the clarity, safety, and responsibility of all participants

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern all offerings, services, materials, and intellectual property provided by AhnėYah Yahrin and Yahrin Integrity LLC, including but not limited to:

ARACEAE — Structured Architectural Integration
The Inner Architecture™
The Genesis Helix™ (Phase I)
The Essential Purity™ (Phase II)
The Zenith Octave™ (Phase III)
The Origin Triad™ (Phase IV)
Genetic Key Code Alchemy™ (GKCA)
Institutional Advisory services
Written works, essays, white papers, and published materials
All digital, written, visual, audio, artistic, structural, or proprietary materials

All frameworks, diagrams, system structures, methodologies, and written materials are original intellectual property of AhnėYah Yahrin / Yahrin Integrity LLC.

3. Engagement Structure

The engagement structure described below applies exclusively to Private Structural Engagements and ARACEAE participation.

Institutional Advisory services operate independently and are governed by separate written agreement.

Entry Point

Engagement begins with either:

• A Private Structural Coherence Session

• A Primary Access Session for ARACEAE consideration

ARACEAE participation follows a structured integration process beginning with Phase I — The Genesis Helix™.

Progression beyond foundational integration occurs by invitation and structural readiness.

No participant may access advanced integration phases without completing foundational architectural work.

3A. Institutional Advisory Engagements

Institutional Advisory services provided by AhnėYah Yahrin and Yahrin Integrity LLC operate outside initiatory, energetic, or sequenced participation models.

These engagements may include, but are not limited to:

Decision architecture advisory
Structural coherence analysis
Review and refinement of strategic, governance, or policy-level materials
Written advisory memoranda or executive briefs
Time-bound advisory conversations or consultations

Institutional Advisory engagements are:

Non-initiatory
Non-therapeutic
Non-spiritual
Governed by written agreement, scope definition, and professional discretion

No institutional engagement implies access to, initiation into, or rights within the Yahrin Lineage, ARACEAE, or Inner Architecture™ unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

4. Use of the Website

You may access the website for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

copy or reproduce any content
extract language, diagrams, or concepts
repurpose or reinterpret the work
use bots, scrapers, or automated systems
misrepresent Yourself in any form

All materials are energetically encoded and legally protected.

Unauthorized use constitutes both legal infringement and a breach of spiritual stewardship.

5. AI Use & Intellectual Property Protection

You agree that no content within the Yahrin ecosystem — including text, diagrams, codes, videos, teachings, ceremonies, or transmissions — may be:

uploaded to AI systems
referenced to train AI
used as prompts
extracted by crawlers
paraphrased into teaching frameworks
integrated into derivative systems

This includes all AI platforms, current or future.

Violation triggers:

immediate removal from all programs
permanent ban from the Yahrin Field
legal action, including damages
public correction if misrepresentation occurs

The metaphysical and structural integrity of this lineage requires absolute adherence.

6. Payments, Pricing & Booking

All payments are final and non-refundable.
Some offerings carry non-refundable deposits.
Payment plans must be completed in full.
Failure to complete a payment plan results in immediate suspension of access and recovery efforts for the outstanding balance.
By booking, You consent to these Terms and authorize all necessary payments.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any attempted chargeback will result in legal action and full recovery of fees, including legal costs.

Institutional Advisory engagements may be governed by separate contractual payment terms, invoicing schedules, or agreements as specified in writing prior to commencement.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Because the work begins energetically the moment You say YES:

refunds are not provided
cancellations are not accepted
rescheduling (if applicable) requires 3 days’ notice
credits may be offered only at the sole discretion of Yahrin Integrity LLC

When AhnėYah Yahrin reschedules, You will receive priority rebooking.

Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for Institutional Advisory engagements are defined by the applicable written agreement and supersede this section where stated.

8. Client Responsibility

By entering any offering, You agree to:

uphold integrity, respect, and coherence
maintain confidentiality
engage responsibly and autonomously
be mentally, emotionally, and physically stable
refrain from using the work inappropriately, commercially, or out of lineage

This work is not for:

dependency
escapism
spiritual distortion
theatrics
entitlement
spiritual mimicry

This is a space for sovereign, conscious beings of high integrity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content — including text, diagrams, Genetic Key Codes, initiations, frameworks, structures, language, and system architecture — constitutes original, proprietary intellectual property of AhnėYah Yahrin and Yahrin Integrity LLC.

Participation in any offering does not grant permission to teach, replicate, translate, reinterpret, reference, represent, or publicly associate this work with any independent practice, brand, service, or methodology.

Yahrin Integrity LLC does not license derivative practices, parallel modalities, or affiliated services unless explicitly stated in writing and publicly listed on this website.

Any perceived similarity in language, themes, or expression elsewhere should not be interpreted as affiliation, equivalence, endorsement, or authorization.

Unauthorized use, representation, or associative implication may result in legal action, public correction, and permanent removal from all Yahrin Integrity ecosystems.

10. Representation & Authorization

Participation in any offering does not grant certification, teaching authority, facilitation rights, or permission to publicly represent this work.

No individual may present themselves — directly or indirectly — as authorized to transmit, teach, extend, or operate under The Inner Architecture™ or Genetic Key Code Alchemy™ without explicit written authorization from Yahrin Integrity LLC.

Unauthorized representation may result in legal action and public clarification.

11. Disclaimer

All Yahrin Integrity LLC offerings operate within proprietary structural and developmental frameworks designed to support internal coherence and architectural clarity.

These services are non-clinical, non-therapeutic, and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

12. Code of Conduct

You agree to uphold:

respect
clear communication
non-abusive interactions
confidentiality
non-entitlement

Any behavior that disrupts the field, disrespects AhnėYah Yahrin, or harms other participants results in:

immediate removal
no refund
permanent ban

This policy exists to preserve the structural integrity of the work, to protect Your own process and well-being, and to safeguard the coherence and safety of all participants.

13. Modifications to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time.

Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

All Terms fall under Wyoming, USA jurisdiction.

All disputes will be resolved exclusively in Wyoming courts.

15. Reciprocity Offering

Yahrin Integrity LLC devotes a minimum of 1% of all revenue to:

• Indigenous land protection

• cultural preservation

• animal care

• regenerative ecological initiatives
• cultural and community trusts

These offerings are made through invitation, alignment, and integrity — never assumption.

Yahrin Integrity LLC retains full discretion in timing, amount, and recipients.
