Welcome to the official website of AhnėYah Yahrin and Yahrin Integrity LLC, a Wyoming-registered entity stewarding The Inner Architecture™ and all associated structural frameworks and proprietary methodologies.

 

By accessing this website or engaging with any offering provided by AhnėYah Yahrin or Yahrin Integrity LLC — including Private Structural Engagements, The Inner Architecture™, Coherence Calibrations, Institutional Advisory engagements, publications, digital media, and all associated offerings — You agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

These Terms exist to protect:

 

• the integrity of the work

• the legal boundaries of all proprietary frameworks

• the clarity, safety, and responsibility of all participants

 

Please read them carefully.

2. Scope of These Terms

 

These Terms govern all offerings, services, materials, and intellectual property provided by AhnėYah Yahrin and Yahrin Integrity LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Private Structural Coherence Sessions

  • Structural Entry Assessments

  • The Inner Architecture™
    – Phase 0: The Foundation
    – Phase 1: The Genesis Helix™
    – Phase 2: The Vision
    – Advanced: The ARC™

  • Institutional Advisory engagements

  • Coherence Calibrations distributed through YouTube, podcast platforms, and other media

  • Written publications, essays, white papers, research papers, artistic works, and educational materials

  • All digital, written, visual, audio, artistic, structural, or proprietary materials published under Yahrin Integrity LLC

 

All frameworks, diagrams, system structures, methodologies, and written materials are original intellectual property of AhnėYah Yahrin / Yahrin Integrity LLC.

3. Engagement Structure

 

The engagement structure described below applies exclusively to Private Structural Engagements and The Inner Architecture participation.

 

Institutional Advisory services operate independently and are governed by separate written agreement.

 

Engagement begins with either:

  • A Private Structural Coherence Session, or

  • A Structural Entry Assessment for The Inner Architecture consideration

 

The Inner Architecture™ follows a structured architectural progression consisting of:

  • Phase 0 — The Foundation

  • Phase 1 — The Genesis Helix™

  • Phase 2 — The Vision

  • Advanced participation — The ARC™

Progression occurs through demonstrated structural readiness and professional discretion. Advancement into subsequent phases is neither automatic nor guaranteed. Yahrin Integrity LLC reserves sole discretion regarding participation, continuation, and progression throughout the architecture.

3A. Institutional Advisory Engagements

 

Institutional Advisory services provided by AhnėYah Yahrin and Yahrin Integrity LLC operate outside initiatory, energetic, or sequenced participation models.

​

These engagements may include, but are not limited to:

  • Decision architecture advisory

  • Structural coherence analysis

  • Review and refinement of strategic, governance, or policy-level materials

  • Written advisory memoranda or executive briefs

  • Time-bound advisory conversations or consultations
     

Institutional Advisory engagements are:

  • Non-therapeutic

  • Non-spiritual

  • Governed by written agreement, scope definition, and professional discretion
     

No institutional engagement implies access to, initiation into, or rights within the Yahrin Philosophy, or Inner Architecture™ unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

4. Use of the Website

 

You may access the website for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

 

  • copy or reproduce any content

  • extract language, diagrams, or concepts

  • repurpose or reinterpret the work

  • use bots, scrapers, or automated systems

  • misrepresent Yourself in any form

 

All materials are legally protected by copyright. Unauthorized use constitutes legal infringement.

5. AI Use & Intellectual Property Protection

 

The proprietary materials, methodologies, frameworks, structures, language, diagrams, artistic works, publications, audio, video, and other original content made available by AhnėYah Yahrin and Yahrin Integrity LLC are protected intellectual property.
 

Without prior written authorization, no proprietary material may be used to:
 

  • train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning systems;

  • develop derivative models, methodologies, educational materials, or competing commercial offerings;

  • reproduce, extract, or systematically compile proprietary frameworks or structural methodologies;

  • create substantially similar works based upon proprietary content;

  • misrepresent, republish, or redistribute proprietary materials as independent or original works.
     

Unauthorized use of proprietary materials may result in:
 

  • immediate termination of participation in any offering;

  • permanent removal from The Inner Architecture™ and associated programs;

  • legal action where appropriate, including claims for available remedies under applicable law;

  • public clarification where necessary to prevent material misrepresentation of the work or its origin.


These protections apply to current and future technologies, regardless of the method through which proprietary materials are reproduced, processed, or incorporated.

6. Payments, Pricing & Booking

 

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Some offerings carry non-refundable deposits.

  • Payment plans must be completed in full.

  • Failure to complete a payment plan results in immediate suspension of access and recovery efforts for the outstanding balance.

  • By booking, You consent to these Terms and authorize all necessary payments.

 

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and recovery of all associated costs where permitted by law.

Institutional Advisory engagements may be governed by separate contractual payment terms, invoicing schedules, or agreements as specified in writing prior to commencement.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

 

Due to the individualized, preparatory, and proprietary nature of the services and materials provided by Yahrin Integrity LLC, all payments are final.
 

Accordingly:
 

  • refunds are not provided;

  • cancellations are not accepted once an offering has been booked or commenced;

  • rescheduling, where offered, requires a minimum of three (3) days’ notice unless otherwise agreed in writing;

  • credits or exceptions may be granted solely at the discretion of Yahrin Integrity LLC.


If AhnėYah Yahrin reschedules a session or engagement, the participant will receive priority access to the next available suitable appointment.
 

Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for Institutional Advisory engagements are governed by the applicable written agreement and shall prevail where they differ from this section.

8. Client Responsibility

 

By entering any offering, You agree to:
 

  • uphold integrity, respect, and coherence

  • maintain confidentiality

  • engage responsibly and autonomously

  • be mentally, emotionally, and physically stable

  • refrain from using the work inappropriately or commercially

  • respect intellectual property

  • respect confidentiality

  • comply with these Terms

 

This work is not for:
 

  • dependency

  • escapism

  • spiritual distortion

  • theatrics

  • entitlement

  • spiritual mimicry

 

This is a space for sovereign, conscious beings of high integrity.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

 

All content — including text, diagrams, visuals, vectors, initiations, frameworks, structures, language, and system architecture — constitutes original, proprietary intellectual property of AhnėYah Yahrin and Yahrin Integrity LLC.

 

Participation in any offering does not grant permission to teach, replicate, translate, reinterpret, reference, represent, or publicly associate this work with any independent practice, brand, service, or methodology.

 

Yahrin Integrity LLC does not license derivative practices, parallel modalities, or affiliated services unless explicitly stated in writing and publicly listed on this website.

 

Any perceived similarity in language, themes, or expression elsewhere should not be interpreted as affiliation, equivalence, endorsement, or authorization.

 

Unauthorized use, representation, or associative implication may result in legal action, public correction, and permanent removal from all Yahrin Integrity ecosystems.

9A. Artworks, Editions & Commissions

 

All artworks presented under Axiom Axis are original works created by AhnėYah Yahrin.

The purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights.

All intellectual property rights remain solely with the artist. No work may be reproduced, distributed, displayed commercially, or otherwise used without prior written consent.

 

Original works may be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by the artist. Limited editions, where applicable, are produced in strictly defined quantities and will not be reissued.

 

Due to the nature of the materials and process, minor variations and natural characteristics are inherent to the work and are not considered defects.

 

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

 

Commissions are accepted on a selective basis. Commissioned works are created within the artistic language and discretion of the artist. While initial parameters may be discussed, the final outcome remains artist-led and is not subject to iterative direction or revision beyond what is agreed in advance.

10. Representation & Authorization

 

Participation in any offering does not grant certification, teaching authority, facilitation rights, or permission to publicly represent this work.

 

No individual may present themselves — directly or indirectly — as authorized to transmit, teach, extend, or operate under The Inner Architecture™ without explicit written authorization from Yahrin Integrity LLC.

 

Unauthorized representation may result in legal action and public clarification.​​

11. Public Educational Content

​

All publicly available content, including Coherence Calibrations distributed through YouTube, podcast platforms, newsletters, essays, interviews, or other media, is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.
 

Public content does not establish a client relationship, advisory relationship, therapeutic relationship, or participant status within The Inner Architecture™.
 

Viewing, listening to, or engaging with public content does not constitute enrollment in any private offering, nor does it create any expectation of individualized guidance, interpretation, or support.

All offerings provided by Yahrin Integrity LLC operate within proprietary structural, educational, developmental, and advisory frameworks designed to support greater coherence, clarity, perception, decision-making, and human development.

 

Many participants report meaningful personal, professional, and relational benefits through engagement with this work. However, outcomes vary by individual and no specific results are guaranteed.

 

The Inner Architecture™ and all associated frameworks are not licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial services.

 

Nothing contained within this website, any publication, advisory engagement, session, communication, or educational material should be interpreted as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or investment advice, nor as diagnosis or treatment of any condition.

13. Code of Conduct

 

You agree to uphold:
 

  • respect

  • clear communication

  • non-abusive interactions

  • confidentiality

  • non-entitlement

 

Any behavior that disrupts the field, disrespects AhnėYah Yahrin, or harms other participants results in:
 

  • immediate removal

  • no refund

  • permanent ban

 

This policy exists to preserve the structural integrity of the work, to protect Your own process and well-being, and to safeguard the coherence and safety of all participants.

14. Modifications to Terms

 

These Terms may be amended periodically. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on this website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

15. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yahrin Integrity LLC and AhnėYah Yahrin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of this website, participation in any offering, reliance upon any published material, or inability to access services.
 

The maximum aggregate liability of Yahrin Integrity LLC for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the participant for the specific offering giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.


 

16. Governing Law

 

All Terms fall under Wyoming, USA jurisdiction.
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

17. Reciprocity Offering

 

Yahrin Integrity LLC devotes a minimum of 1% of all revenue to:
 

  • cultural preservation

  • animal care

  • regenerative ecological initiatives

 

These offerings are made through invitation, alignment, and integrity — never assumption.

 

Yahrin Integrity LLC retains full discretion in timing, amount, and recipients.
