By accessing this website, engaging with any offering, or entering the Yahrin Field through any pathway — including the Resonance Session, ARACEAE phases, or any Mastery Path — You agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms protect:

the legal and energetic boundaries of this work
Your safety, clarity, and coherence as a participant

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern all offerings, services, materials, and transmissions provided by AhnėYah Yahrin and Yahrin Integrity LLC, including but not limited to:

Yahrin Field Reading Room and the White Paper
All digital, written, visual, audio, energetic, or metaphysical materials and art works

All frameworks, codes, diagrams, structures, transmissions, and system architecture are original intellectual property of AhnėYah Yahrin / Yahrin Integrity LLC.

3. Required Entry Pathway

To preserve the integrity of the Yahrin Lineage and ensure correct sequencing of evolutionary development, all participation is governed by a single entry path:

This session determines alignment, readiness, and eligibility.

No individual may bypass this sequence.

You agree not to request, expect, or attempt access to any advanced offering without completing the required evolutionary architecture.

4. Use of the Website

You may access the website for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

copy or reproduce any content
extract language, diagrams, or concepts
repurpose or reinterpret the work
use bots, scrapers, or automated systems
misrepresent Yourself in any form

All materials are energetically encoded and legally protected.

Unauthorized use constitutes both legal infringement and a breach of spiritual stewardship.

5. AI Use & Intellectual Property Protection

You agree that no content within the Yahrin ecosystem — including text, diagrams, codes, videos, teachings, ceremonies, or transmissions — may be:

uploaded to AI systems
referenced to train AI
used as prompts
extracted by crawlers
paraphrased into teaching frameworks
integrated into derivative systems

This includes all AI platforms, current or future.

Violation triggers:

immediate removal from all programs
permanent ban from the Yahrin Field
legal action, including damages
public correction if misrepresentation occurs

The metaphysical and structural integrity of this lineage requires absolute adherence.

6. Payments, Pricing & Booking

All payments are final and non-refundable.
Some offerings carry non-refundable deposits.
Payment plans must be completed in full.
Failure to complete a payment plan results in immediate suspension of access and recovery efforts for the outstanding balance.
By booking, You consent to these Terms and authorize all necessary payments.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any attempted chargeback will result in legal action and full recovery of fees, including legal costs.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Because the work begins energetically the moment You say YES:

refunds are not provided
cancellations are not accepted
rescheduling (if applicable) requires 3 days’ notice
credits may be offered only at the sole discretion of Yahrin Integrity LLC

When AhnėYah Yahrin reschedules, You will receive priority rebooking.

8. Client Responsibility

By entering any offering, You agree to:

uphold integrity, respect, and coherence
maintain confidentiality
engage responsibly and autonomously
be mentally, emotionally, and physically stable
refrain from using the work inappropriately, commercially, or out of lineage

This work is not for:

dependency
escapism
spiritual distortion
theatrics
entitlement
spiritual mimicry

This is a space for sovereign, conscious beings of high integrity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content — including text, diagrams, Genetic Key Codes, ceremonies, frameworks, and structuring — is copyright-protected, spiritually protected, and lineage-protected.

You may not:

teach the work
imitate the work
use the language in Your own brand
translate, reinterpret, or retrain it
create derivative content
present Yourself as an authority on this system

Unauthorized use may result in:

legal action
full damages
public lineage correction
permanent removal from the field

10. Lineage Representation

Participation in ARACEAE or any offering does NOT automatically grant You:

initiation
certification
teaching rights
the ability to represent the Yahrin Lineage
the ability to perform Genetic Key Code Alchemy

Only those who complete the formal, multi-year initiation track may hold or transmit lineage-level work.

Misrepresentation will be met with legal and public correction.

11. Yahrin Apex Council Legal Terms

Yahrin Apex Council™ provides high-level structural, energetic, and strategic refinement through the proprietary metaphysical methodology of Genetic Key Code Alchemy™, supporting clients in achieving greater internal coherence, clarity, and executive alignment.

Yahrin Apex Council is invitation-only.
It is not financial, legal, therapeutic, or investment advice.
All fees are non-refundable.
Confidentiality is mandatory.
Wyoming law governs all engagements.

12. Disclaimer

All Yahrin Integrity LLC offerings operate within a proprietary metaphysical–structural framework designed to support coherence, embodiment, and internal alignment. These services are non-clinical, non-therapeutic, and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

No guarantees are made regarding:

financial outcomes
business results
health improvements
emotional or psychological outcomes

You remain solely responsible for all decisions and interpretations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yahrin Integrity LLC is not liable for any damages arising from Your participation.

13. Code of Conduct

You agree to uphold:

respect
clear communication
non-abusive interactions
confidentiality
non-entitlement

Any behavior that disrupts the field, disrespects AhnėYah Yahrin, or harms other participants results in:

immediate removal
no refund
permanent ban

This policy exists to preserve the structural integrity of the work, to protect Your own process and well-being, and to safeguard the coherence and safety of all others engaging with this Field.

14. Modifications to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time.

Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

All Terms fall under Wyoming, USA jurisdiction.

All disputes will be resolved exclusively in Wyoming courts.

16. Reciprocity Offering

Yahrin Integrity LLC devotes a minimum of 20% of all revenue to:

• Indigenous land protection

• Hawaiian cultural preservation

• animal care

• regenerative ecological initiatives

• lineage-based cultural trusts

These offerings are made through invitation, alignment, and integrity — never assumption.

Yahrin Integrity LLC retains full discretion in timing, amount, and recipients.
