These Terms govern all offerings, services, subscriptions, memberships, materials, and intellectual property provided by AhnėYah Yahrin and Yahrin Integrity LLC, including but not limited to:

• The Inner Architecture™
  – Phase 0: The Foundation
  – Phase 1: The Genesis Helix™
  – Phase 2: The Vision
  – Advanced: The ARC™

• Institutional Advisory engagements

• Coherence Calibrations™ distributed through YouTube, podcast platforms, and other public media

• Yahrin Clarity Statements™ and other original written companion works

• Continuity subscriptions, including The Current, The Dynamic, The Momentum, and Full Continuity

• YouTube Channel Memberships, including The Alliance, The Stream, and The Inquiry

• Members-only calibrations, videos, posts, digital materials, and other membership benefits

• Written publications, essays, white papers, research papers, books, artistic works, educational materials, and digital publications
   

All frameworks, diagrams, system structures, methodologies, written materials, audio, video, and associated original works remain the intellectual property of AhnėYah Yahrin / Yahrin Integrity LLC except where otherwise expressly stated.

3. Engagement Structure

 

The engagement structure described below applies exclusively to Private Structural Engagements and The Inner Architecture participation.

 

Institutional Advisory services operate independently and are governed by separate written agreement.

 

Engagement begins with either:

• A Private Structural Coherence Session, or

• A Structural Entry Assessment for The Inner Architecture consideration

 

The Inner Architecture™ follows a structured architectural progression consisting of:

• Phase 0 — The Foundation

• Phase 1 — The Genesis Helix™

• Phase 2 — The Vision

• Advanced participation — The ARC™

Progression occurs through demonstrated structural readiness and professional discretion. Advancement into subsequent phases is neither automatic nor guaranteed. Yahrin Integrity LLC reserves sole discretion regarding participation, continuation, and progression throughout the architecture.

3A. Institutional Advisory Engagements

 

Institutional Advisory services provided by AhnėYah Yahrin and Yahrin Integrity LLC operate outside initiatory, energetic, or sequenced participation models.

These engagements may include, but are not limited to:

• Decision architecture advisory

• Structural coherence analysis

• Review and refinement of strategic, governance, or policy-level materials

• Written advisory memoranda or executive briefs

• Time-bound advisory conversations or consultations
   

Institutional Advisory engagements are:

• Non-therapeutic

• Non-spiritual

• Governed by written agreement, scope definition, and professional discretion
   

No institutional engagement implies access to, initiation into, or rights within the Yahrin Philosophy, or Inner Architecture™ unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

4. Use of the Website

 

You may access the website for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

5. AI Use & Intellectual Property Protection

 

The proprietary materials, methodologies, frameworks, structural architectures, written methodologies, Yahrin Clarity Statements™, Coherence Calibrations™, language, diagrams, artistic works, publications, audio, video, and all other original content made available by AhnėYah Yahrin and Yahrin Integrity LLC constitute protected intellectual property.
 

Without prior written authorization, no proprietary material may be used to:
 

• train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning systems;

• develop derivative models, methodologies, educational materials, or competing commercial offerings;

• reproduce, extract, or systematically compile proprietary frameworks or structural methodologies;

• create substantially similar works based upon proprietary content;

• misrepresent, republish, or redistribute proprietary materials as independent or original works.
   

Unauthorized use of proprietary materials may result in:
 

• immediate termination of participation in any offering;

• permanent removal from The Inner Architecture™ and associated programs;

• legal action where appropriate, including claims for available remedies under applicable law;

• public clarification where necessary to prevent material misrepresentation of the work or its origin.

These protections apply to current and future technologies, regardless of the method through which proprietary materials are reproduced, processed, or incorporated.

6. Payments, Pricing & Booking

 

Prices, payment schedules, deposits, renewal terms, and applicable cancellation conditions are disclosed at the point of purchase or within the applicable written agreement.

Except where otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law:
 

• payments for completed, commenced, personalized, or immediately delivered offerings may be non-refundable;

• certain offerings may require non-refundable deposits;

• payment plans constitute commitments to the full agreed amount and must be completed according to their stated schedule;

• failure to complete an agreed payment plan may result in suspension of access and lawful recovery of outstanding amounts;

• by completing a purchase or booking, You authorize the payments expressly presented and agreed at checkout.
   

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services and recovery of associated costs where permitted by law.
 

Purchases made through third-party platforms, including YouTube, are additionally governed by the billing, cancellation, refund, and payment rules of the applicable platform.
 

Institutional Advisory engagements may be governed by separate contractual payment terms, invoicing schedules, or agreements specified in writing prior to commencement.
 

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

 

Refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and withdrawal rights vary according to the nature of the offering, the stage at which performance or access has begun, the purchasing platform, and any mandatory law applicable to the transaction.

​

For private engagements and personalized services, cancellations and refunds are generally not available once preparation or performance has commenced, except where otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

​

Where rescheduling is offered, a minimum of three (3) days’ notice is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

​

Digital products, subscriptions, and third-party platform memberships are governed by Sections 7A–7D below together with any mandatory consumer rights and applicable platform terms.

​

If AhnėYah Yahrin reschedules a private session or engagement, the participant will receive priority access to the next suitable available appointment.

​

Institutional Advisory engagements are governed by the applicable written agreement where its refund, cancellation, or rescheduling provisions differ from this section.

​

Nothing in this section excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

7A. Digital Products

​

Digital products, including Yahrin Clarity Statements™ and other downloadable publications, become available immediately upon successful purchase unless otherwise stated.

​

Where digital content is made available for immediate access or download, the purchaser may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery and, where applicable, acknowledge the resulting loss of any statutory withdrawal right once delivery or access begins. Refunds remain available where required by applicable law.

​

Purchases grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private use only and do not transfer any intellectual property rights.

7B. Continuity Subscriptions

​

Continuity subscriptions provide ongoing access to newly released Yahrin Clarity Statements™ within the selected subscription stream for the duration of an active subscription.

​

Continuity subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual recurring basis. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable recurring rate until cancelled.

Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge and does not ordinarily terminate access already paid for during the current billing period. No prorated refunds or credits are provided for unused portions of a billing period except where required by applicable law.

Materials received or downloaded during an active subscription may be retained by the subscriber for personal use after cancellation. Cancellation does not grant any additional reproduction, redistribution, publication, sharing, recording, derivative-use, or commercial rights.

​

The publication rhythm associated with each Continuity stream reflects the intended cadence of the offering but may occasionally vary due to circumstances affecting publication. Yahrin Integrity LLC reserves the right to make reasonable changes to publication schedules, delivery methods, or administrative aspects of a subscription, provided that the essential nature of the offering is not materially altered without appropriate notice.

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information and for downloading or securely retaining materials they wish to keep where permanent platform access is not expressly provided.

7C. YouTube Channel Memberships

​

Yahrin Integrity LLC may offer paid Channel Memberships through YouTube, including membership levels presently known as The Alliance, The Stream, and The Inquiry.

​

YouTube Channel Memberships are purchased, billed, renewed, cancelled, and administered through YouTube and are additionally subject to YouTube’s applicable Paid Terms of Service, membership policies, billing terms, refund policies, and platform requirements.

​

Membership levels may provide benefits including early access to public calibrations, loyalty badges, custom emojis, members-only calibrations or other content, and participation opportunities associated with The Inquiry, as described on YouTube at the time of joining.

​

Higher membership levels may include benefits associated with lower levels in accordance with YouTube’s membership structure.

​

Membership benefits, publication schedules, and formats may evolve over time. Any material changes will be made in accordance with applicable law and YouTube’s policies.

​

Cancellation of a YouTube Channel Membership is administered through YouTube. Members ordinarily retain access to applicable benefits through the end of the paid billing period. Refunds, including requests arising from unavailable or defective membership benefits, are administered according to YouTube’s applicable policies and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Nothing within a YouTube Channel Membership establishes a private client, advisory, therapeutic, fiduciary, or individually guided relationship with AhnėYah Yahrin or Yahrin Integrity LLC unless separately agreed in writing.

7D. The Inquiry — Member Submissions

​

Members of The Inquiry may submit inquiries for consideration as possible starting points for future Inquiry Calibrations.

​

Submission does not guarantee selection, inclusion, individual response, or publication. Inquiries are addressed from a collective viewpoint rather than as individualized guidance to the person submitting them.

​

By submitting an inquiry, You grant Yahrin Integrity LLC permission to review, consider, edit, paraphrase, generalize, combine, and incorporate the substance or themes of the submission into an Inquiry Calibration or associated publication or media where selected.

​

Reasonable care will be taken to remove identifying personal details before a submission is used within publicly or collectively distributed material. Members should nevertheless avoid submitting confidential information belonging to third parties, trade secrets, privileged information, or personal information they do not have the right to disclose.

Submission of an inquiry does not transfer ownership of independently owned intellectual property contained within the submission. However, the resulting calibration, interpretation, expression, audio, video, written material, and any independently created material arising from the calibration remain the intellectual property of AhnėYah Yahrin / Yahrin Integrity LLC.

Inquiry submissions must not request or rely upon medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, individualized financial or investment advice, emergency assistance, prediction of future events, or determinations concerning another person’s private thoughts, intentions, feelings, or destiny.

The Inquiry is not a substitute for qualified professional advice or private individualized support.

Yahrin Clarity Statements™ are original written works authored by AhnėYah Yahrin. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for private use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, translated, adapted, redistributed, published, recorded, incorporated into artificial intelligence systems, or used to create derivative works without prior written authorization.
 

Members-only materials, including Stream Calibrations, Inquiry Calibrations, membership posts, audio, video, written materials, custom member materials, and other restricted-access content remain protected intellectual property regardless of whether access is provided through YouTube, this website, email, or another platform.

Membership or subscription grants access for the member’s personal use only. Members may not record, download where downloading is not expressly enabled, reproduce, transcribe, redistribute, publicly perform, share access to, republish, sell, teach from, adapt, or create derivative materials from members-only content without prior written authorization.

Participation in any offering does not grant permission to teach, replicate, translate, reinterpret, reference, represent, or publicly associate this work with any independent practice, brand, service, or methodology.

9A. Artworks, Editions & Commissions

 

All artworks presented under Axiom Axis are original works created by AhnėYah Yahrin.

The purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights.

All intellectual property rights remain solely with the artist. No work may be reproduced, distributed, displayed commercially, or otherwise used without prior written consent.

 

Original works may be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by the artist. Limited editions, where applicable, are produced in strictly defined quantities and will not be reissued.

 

Due to the nature of the materials and process, minor variations and natural characteristics are inherent to the work and are not considered defects.

 

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

 

Commissions are accepted on a selective basis. Commissioned works are created within the artistic language and discretion of the artist. While initial parameters may be discussed, the final outcome remains artist-led and is not subject to iterative direction or revision beyond what is agreed in advance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Reciprocity Offering

 

Yahrin Integrity LLC devotes a minimum of 1% of all revenue to:

Yahrin Integrity LLC retains full discretion in timing, amount, and recipients.
